Position: Construction Safety and Quality Control (full-time)

Location: Riverside, CA (in-person) – combination of office and field roles

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced person in Construction Safety and Quality Control to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing aspects of safety and quality control in our process, ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees
• Conduct regular job inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Provide safety training and guidance to employees, emphasizing the importance of following proper safety protocols
• Investigate accidents and incidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
• Promote a culture of safety and quality throughout the organization, fostering teamwork and collaboration

Qualifications:

• Construction knowledge and experience; Fencing is a plus
• Fluent in both Spanish and English
• Computer skills (e.g., Word, Excel, Microsoft Office)
• OSHA 10 and 30 hour certification preferred
• Pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen

Salary range: $60-70K

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
