Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fence Installer to join our team. As a Fence Installer, you will be responsible for constructing and installing various types of fences for residential and commercial properties. This is a physically demanding role that requires proficiency in hardscape, frame carpentry, masonry, and welding.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and mark property boundaries to ensure accurate fence placement
- Dig post holes using power tools and equipment
- Set posts in concrete or other appropriate materials
- Assemble fence panels and gates according to specifications
- Install fencing materials such as wood, vinyl, chain link, or metal
- Weld metal components as needed
- Ensure fences are level, straight, and secure
- Trim excess material and make necessary adjustments for a finished appearance
- Clean up job site and dispose of waste materials properly

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in fence installation or related field preferred
- Proficiency in hardscape, frame carpentry, masonry, and welding techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions
- Skilled in using power tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and manual labor in various weather conditions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues on-site
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
