We're Looking for PT CNA 7a-3p

Deliver nursing care to post-acute residents.

·Monitor vital signs, reporting changes promptly to the supervisor.

·Observe and communicate residents' conditions to the nursing team.

·Assist with meals, feeding, and support residents in ADLs.

·Maintain a hygienic environment.

·Act as a liaison among medical staff, residents, and visitors.

·Aid in moving and repositioning residents as needed.

·Provide compassionate companionship and foster a positive environment for residents.
