The selected candidate will manage the administrative and clerical duties in our busy medical practice. Serves patients by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; collects demographic and insurance information. Exercises good judgment when responding to situations that may arise. Maintains a positive image and professional work relationship with all those we care for and serve.

PT Receptionist (Mon, Tues, Fri) – Doctor's Office, Denville, NJ

Essential Functions:

• Greets and directs patients.
• Promptly and courteously answers and directs all calls.
• Responds to inquiries, gives direction and provides assistance as needed.
• Keeps informed of company policies and procedures, answers related internal and external questions.
• Promotes positive client/resident relations for all customers by providing prompt, courteous and efficient service.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with residents, clients, family members, visitors, those seeking our services, and team members clearly and respectfully.
• Displays behavior that supports Fellowship’s mission, vision, values, policies, and Fellowship Spirit; consistently performs position responsibilities in a professional and ethical manner.

Job Requirements:

• Customer service experience, preferably in medical office setting.
• PC literate, MS Office Suite.
• Organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced atmosphere. Must effectively prioritize tasks and complete them under time constraints.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and to provide information with courtesy and tact.
• Ability to function independently, have flexibility, and demonstrate personal integrity when interacting with clients/residents, families, team members, and others.
• Ability to respond to and work with a mature resident population, creating a warm, caring and supportive environment for the enjoyment of the on-campus and off­ campus clients and to promote this philosophy to all team members.
