Fellowship Of Catholic University Students is Hiring a Director of Finance Near Golden, CO

Location: Golden, CO (or Golden, CO preferred)

Hours: Full-time

Position Mission

Are you a dynamic and experienced strategic leader who is passionate about fulfilling the Great Commission? If so, we invite you to join FOCUS as the Director of Finance.

In this pivotal role, you'll shape and implement our financial strategy, driving everything from financial analysis and business partnering to executing key initiatives. We're seeking someone with exceptional financial acumen, strategic vision, and a zeal for mission.

Position Responsibilities

  • Financial Analysis and Strategy
    • Develop and implement financial strategies to support FOCUS’s short-term and long-term goals.
    • Review and analyze financial results to advise senior leadership.
    • Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to guide decision-making and resource allocation.
    • Assess financial risks and opportunities, providing recommendations to senior management.
  • Digital Transformation
    • Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to identify and implement digital solutions for finance processes.
    • Champion a culture of innovation and process excellence within the finance and accounting teams
  • Business Partnership
    • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive strategy execution for high-priority, high-impact initiatives by reporting on key financial and strategic KPIs, managing the progress of cross-functional initiatives, and breaking down barriers.
    • Develop and implement the financial training curriculum for department leaders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of driving results and delivering value through innovative financial strategies and initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Proven experience (7 years) in a strategic finance role
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex financial data and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.

Compensation & Benefits

For this role, we anticipate paying $90,000 - $160,000/year. This range is an estimate. The actual amount may be higher or lower than the provided range and will be adjusted based on various factors including qualifications, experience, abilities, geographic location, and duties.
