Fellowship Ministries is a small Baptist church and Christian school in Jacksonville, NC. We offer an environment that is supportive of our teachers, fulfilling to both educators and students, and rewarding as an employee.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans and promote student engagement and learning.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love of learning.
- Provide instruction in various subjects, including math, science, language arts, and social studies.
- Use effective teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide feedback to students and parents/guardians.
- Implement behavior management strategies to maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.

Requirements:

-Attendance at a Bible Preaching, Gospel-Centered Church

-Lifestyle that models Christ
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Education or related field)
- Experience working with elementary school-aged children (Prefered)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to effectively manage student behavior and maintain a positive classroom environment.
- Experience with early intervention strategies and tutoring support. (Prefered)
