The Graphic Designer will utilize their creativity, eye for design and efficient production skills will design and create graphics that meet the needs of business teams and that are in line with Fellowes branding guidelines. Through your understanding of general business principles, brand equity and project management you will work on multiple projects creating end results that will futher drive our teams forward.

You Will...

  • Work collaboratively with the Marketing Communication Project Managers or Corporate Branding Manager to design and produce various marketing collateral across business teams such as brochures, sell sheets, rebates, catalog pages, ads, product manuals, POP/tradeshow graphics, image retouching, and web-related graphics such as banners/ landing pages.
  • Work collaboratively with the Marketing Communication Project Managers or Corporate Branding Manager to design various graphics for internal/corporate projects such as sales meeting graphics, GIVE program/City of Hope, company meetings, golf outings, human resources, etc.
  • Manage and maintain consistent naming/filing structure of collateral and images in-line with department standards on server.
  • Handle daily project management of priorities and meet all project deadlines.
  • Enforce brand equity across all marketing communication materials on a global basis.

What You Bring to the Team

  • A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design with an understanding of marketing/business
  • 2 years of experience in Graphic Design preferably in a corporate setting
  • Mac proficient
  • Experience working with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office and PowerPoint
  • Understand general business principles and brand equity
  • Possess creativity, eye for design and efficient production skills
  • Excel at project management and multi-tasking
  • Take accountability for work
  • Stay organized
  • Good communication skills
  • Be team-oriented but be able to work independently
  • Take initiative and solve problems
  • Handle constructive criticism and edits with professionalism and flexibility
