Feldman Kia of Novi is looking to hire a Concierge/Delivery specialist. This persons mission statement is to insure the after sale is an amazing experience. They will need to learn the ins and outs of Kia's technology in their new vehicles and be able and willing to completely explain these features to customers upon delivery of their vehicle. This position will be a necessary position as customer satisfaction is our number one goal.

Responsibilities

Greet and guide clients as they appear on the lot and introduce to a sales person
Assist in delivery of customers vehicles
During delivery, explain all features to customers of their new vehicle
Continuously develop product knowledge to become the vehicle expert. Know the in’s and the out’s of Kia's product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies
Customize vehicle delivery while ensuring that the client understands the vehicle's operational features
Follow up daily on all previous days sales using the dealership's Customer Relationship Management System (CRM)
Initiate and cultivate enriching and long-lasting relationships with customers
Maintain strong knowledge base of all new vehicle makes and model
Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day

Qualifications

Ability to maintain hardworking, high-energy personality throughout the workday
Positive can-do mentality, eager to improve
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting
Effective listening and communication skills
Attention to detail in follow-through and closing skills
Valid driver's license
