Assist Payroll Department with filing, password resets, VOE requests and other customer facing inquiries. May assist with processing of payroll. Run payroll reports.

Essential Functions

• Basic payroll functions.
• Filing and other administrative duties.
• Handle relevant assigned customer service calls/requests/inquiries from employees, operations staff, or outside vendors/taxing authorities, and provide timely, accurate and professional assistance.
• Other related duties and backup assignments as requested by the Manager of Payroll Services.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll information at all times, and immediately report (to the Manager of Payroll Services and the VP/Human Resources any misuse or improper communication of payroll information to unauthorized individuals within or outside the company.

• High School (or equivalent) diploma required, with an associate or bachelor's degree or relevant college coursework in accounting or business preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in payroll and/or accounting.

• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word and Outlook required, and experience with Lawson or other payroll/HR systems a strong plus.
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail/accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English) and customer service skills are essential, along with a positive, professional demeanor.

International Touring Personnel

To the extent international touring personnel are visiting a jurisdiction that requires vaccination, proof of vaccination in accordance with the relevant international law should be submitted directly to either the Tour Manager or to Human Resources at least six weeks prior to the start of the tour. The Company will maintain all information regarding vaccination status as confidential in accordance with applicable laws. The Company cannot guarantee employment for any Associate who is unable to satisfy foreign entry requirements.

Mitigation Guidelines for touring employees will remain in effect until further notice as do applicable venue, local, state and/or international requirements, rules, regulations and/or laws, if any.
