**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Buyer to join our team. The Buyer will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials to meet the company's operational needs. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in procurement management, supplier management, and supply chain operations.

**Duties:**

- Source and procure materials, goods, and services according to company requirements

- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality products

- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with vendors

- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand

- Utilize systems to track orders, manage supplier performance, and analyze spending

- Ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and company policies

**Skills:**

- Proficiency in procurement management and supplier management

- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with suppliers

- Experience working with supply chain operations

- Ability to fabricate effective contracts that protect the company's interests

- Knowledge of sourcing strategies to optimize cost savings

- Familiarity with systems for procurement tracking and analysis
