- Enjoy people, and customer service is second nature
- Ability to properly utilize brewing equipment to prepare coffee and tea with acute attention to high standards
- Efficient, clean, and organized
- Ensures proper food preparation by using approved recipes and following prescribed production standards.
- Greets customers courteously and interacts in a manner to ensure customer satisfaction. Relays relevant concerns from customers to supervisors.
- Serves customers quickly and efficiently, and prevents delays in serving lines.
- Demonstrates a complete understanding of daily menu items and accurately explains them to customers.
- Show a passion for coffee and willingness to learn more
- Must be willing and able to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Able to meet the schedule and attendance requirements of the store.
- Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
- Previous Barista/Coffee experience preferred
- Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs.
