We are looking for a motivated Municipal Engineer, who enjoys working on everything from water and wastewater projects to transportation and park projects, to join our team in our Rochelle, Illinois, office. We are interested in talented, trustworthy and skilled people who are passionate about providing personalized attention to our clients.

What you'll do You will provide civil and municipal design services. You'll apply standard practices and techniques, adjust and correlate data, recognize discrepancies in results and follow standard office procedures. You'll draft reports, prepare plans, assist with specifications and make preliminary selections of equipment. You'll also work with clients to get data or share information.

We promote a team environment, so you'll work with fellow engineers, environmental scientists and many more people. And you'll develop leadership skills that build autonomy.

What it takes We're looking for someone with a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, and five to 10 years of experience is preferred.

You should speak and write well. And you should have strong analytical and organizational skills. You must be a team player.
