Feeser’s drivers average between $28-43.00/hour.
Our drivers work Monday- Friday, home daily and off on weekends.
Feeser’s Food Distributors: We are a family-owned food distributor located in Harrisburg, PA, currently hiring Class A & B drivers.
· Our drivers are responsible for driving a tractor trailer or straight truck for the purpose of delivering and/or unloading food and food related products to customers in a safe and timely manner and in accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
· We deliver to various schools, restaurants, nursing homes, prisons, and amusement parks.
· Ability to hand-lift and utilize two-wheeler, lift gate and/or other equipment to move and/or stack product cases/freight of varying size and weight throughout shift; product generally ranges from between 10-35 pounds and up to between approximately 50 and 80 pounds, depending on the location.
· Communicates and interacts with customers, vendors and co-workers professionally ensuring questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner.
· All our trucks have automatic transmissions.
· Drivers deliver all over PA, DE, NJ, MD, VA, and WV.
· During Feeser’s training period, Class A drivers earn $20/hr. and Class B drivers earn $17/hr. Upon successful completion of training period, drivers begin earning incentive pay based on (stops, miles, pieces, etc.). Driver’s average between $28-$43/hr.
Requirements:
· Must hold a valid commercial driver’s license (CDL).
· Ability to pass pre-employment drug test, D.O.T. physical & background check.
· Start times between 3:00am-6:00am.
· Additional hours as required to meet seasonal needs.
· Must follow state codes and regulations as well as company procedures.
