We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our high volume, upscale Supper Club in the heart of Downtown Port Washington. We have a focus on Whiskey and Bourbon, as well as a successful Whiskey Club with active, regular members. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. If you have a passion for making customers happy, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a high volume, fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately in a high volume setting
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and handling regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Bartender in the food industry or hospitality industry is preferred
- Strong knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices
- Ability to work well under pressure in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus
- Must be at least 21 years old
