FedPro is searching for a self-driven and experienced Machine Operator to join the team! The Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up and running FedPro’s automated sealant production line, tracking production metrics and ensuring all quality standards are met before products leave the line.

Location: 4520 Richmond Rd., Warrensville Hts., OH

Reports to: Production Supervisor

Team Dynamics: Works closely with a small group in the Blending Department, Warehouse and Upper Management.

The Ideal candidate will have: A positive attitude toward day to day tasks and a willingness to be a part of a collaborative team. Must be flexible and willing to jump in on tasks outside of the scope of daily responsibilities.

What you’ll be doing:

· Sets up the filling line and makes the proper setting adjustments before operation and between products according to the specifications of the product being produced.

· Effectively runs automated sealant line and monitors equipment to ensure that products are properly produced and equipment is running efficiently.

· Troubleshoots minor issues that may arise during production.

· Regularly uses basic hand tools, scales, and material handling equipment.

· Familiar with tracking production metrics and reporting on product weights, counts, and other information as needed.

· Ensures the production of quality product by following work instructions, quality standards and by keeping equipment and the surrounding work area organized.

· Responsible for inspecting all products being produced and ensuring the quality is within FedPro’s standards and specifications.

· Excellent attention to detail.

· Ability to read, write, and interpret reports and business correspondence for a diverse audience.
