• Strong IT Knowledge and skills
• Data analysis
• Exposure to write code to fix software issues and automate the manual process.
• Should have worked in agile methodology.
• CI/ CD pipeline development
• Exposure to support working environment.
• Should have exposed to ITIL process.
• Strong experience with monitoring and alerting systems AppDynamics, Splunk, OEM for example
• Optimize monitoring to reduce false positive alerts.
• Creatively deepen monitoring capabilities leveraging the 3 tenets of observability logs, metrics, and traces
• Ensure all critical user service journeys are traceable end to end
• Ensure Production Solutions are fit for purpose. Where gaps are identified put a plan in place to uplift the toolset
• Enhance application and infrastructure resiliency of service through self-healing and automated failovers - target a 99.99% up-time to customers.
• Oversee the disruption of production infrastructure to ensure accountability for building resilient systems.
• Ensure development teams build resilience into the application so underlying system failures are handled gracefully and do not impact end users. Influence design/development teams to always be thinking of the rainy-day scenarios.

• Develop and maintain the system and services.
• Ensuring system scalability, investigate and resolve outdates, identify and implement preventive measures proactively by collaborating with stakeholders.
• Automate the monotonous/ repetitive process.

• BCA, BE/ B Tech, MCA or equivalent degree.
• Skill set required: Unix, Java, API Microservices, Exposure to Oracle/ Azure Cloud, Kubernetes, Pl/ SQL
