Internal Sales (Client Engagement Center) Reporting Administrator

In this role, you will be responsible for providing advanced and confidential data collection, analysis and reporting for the Client Engagement Center Sales department and Sales Management.

What you can expect:

As a Client Engagement Center Reporting Administrator you will:

• Collect, and analyze data and information for reports or presentation materials for sales management.
• Work in conjunction with Client Engagement Center Sales Managers, to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data maintained in various databases and systems; perform data entry and extraction from various systems and databases to track daily phone activities, projects and campaigns.
• Administer Client Engagement Center Sales Recognition Program drafting official program communications and organizing event details.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum two years business experience
• Ability to analyze, sort and report on data/information in Microsoft Excel.
