In this role, you'll develop, lead, document,and direct the clinical care carried out by professional and paraprofessionalnursing personnel in compliance with applicable nursing standards of care andpractice. This involves assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, andevaluation of patients' medical and psychiatry needs with a focus on providingthe highest patient-focused quality care possible.
You're the liaison between our patients andtheir families to educate them in regard to the treatment plan. Our new teammember should be a great communicator, developing long-term therapeuticrelationships with our patients.
Whatwe're looking for:
Professionals with a valid Washington Statelicense to practice as a Registered Nurse or have the ability to obtain a validWashington State license by the start of employment
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN),preferred but not required
