Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco is Hiring a Digital Marketing and Social Media Manager, Assoc. Dir. Near San Francisco, CA

Job Description:

The Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco - one of the country's largest, privately-held financial institutions that sits at the intersection of finance, economic development, and affordable housing - is seeking a skilled B2B Digital Marketing and Social Media Manager to join our fast-growing Marketing & Communications team to build and manage effective digital marketing and social media strategies and campaigns on various digital platforms. This opportunity will establish and grow our digital marketing capability to drive new business growth and promote the impacts that we uniquely make in our communities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive digital marketing and social media strategy and program aimed at identifying opportunities for business growth and strategic stakeholder engagement.
  • Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications, and partnering closely with the Directors of PR, Community Development Marketing, Member Business Marketing and Digital Product, drive strategic engagements with audiences to grow brand awareness and product utilization.
  • Use knowledge of B2B digital marketing platforms and strategies to target audiences, including ABM and emerging tools and platforms.
  • Create engaging content for all platforms, including blog pieces, articles, social media posts, newsletters, and videos.
  • Create, monitor, analyze and report on performance and digital engagement metrics to optimize ROI, and align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Community Investment, and other internal teams to create cohesive brand messaging.
  • Keep up with the latest industry trends and customer behavior data to shape marketing strategies in the digital ethos.
  • Develop email marketing engagement strategy across all initiatives, including list management, segmentation, campaign scheduling, and performance analysis.
  • Oversee the social media advertising budget and adjust campaign spending based on campaign performance.
  • Energize and excite team members on the opportunities that digital marketing strategies can uniquely provide to our business.
  • Perform other duties as assigned .

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in the spearheading of campaigns and execution of social media/advertising, email marketing, SEM, paid digital and must be able to provide samples of actual campaigns/programs tied to results.
  • 7 years' experience in B2B digital marketing and social media management.
  • Strategic, creative thinker with the ability to turn ideas into holistic content programs.
  • Proficiency using social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and digital marketing tools, including ABM.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts, and best practices.
  • Experience with SEO/SEM campaigns, Salesforce/Pardot email tools.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, and outstanding copywriting skills.
  • Detail-oriented and self-starter.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing data and translate it into actionable plans.

SALARY RANGE: $160K - $180K
