Federal Contractor is Hiring a Construction Quality Control Manager Near Holly, MI

CQC Manager

Quality Control Manager for a large federal construction project located in Holly, Michigan. Candidate will be responsible for overall management of CQC; including daily quality control functions, daily inspections and review of site environmental conditions, environmental controls, and quality control, inspections and testing, contractor coordination and preparatory meetings, RFIs, submittal review and coordination, and management of the QCS/RMS systems with the USACE.

Job Requirements:

  • Completed USACE Construction Quality Management for Contractors course within the last 5 years.
  • In depth understanding of all Construction Divisions, with emphasis on site work.
  • 5 years in related federal construction experience with projects of $10M or higher.
  • Knowledge of construction functions i.e. prints, plans, procedures, scheduling and testing.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills, including working knowledge of QCS/RMS System
