1.4. Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA). CNAs shall have:

1.4.1. Current certification as a Nursing Assistant by the State Department of Consumer Affairs. 1.4.2. Current certification in CPR by an American Health Association Vendor. 1.4.3. Current BLS certification.

1.4.4. A current CV which identifies the provider’s education and professional qualifications commensurate with the position for which they are being offered to perform.

1.4.5.A minimum of one (1) year direct patient care experience within the last three (3) years.

1.5. All contract nursing staff shall also:

1.5.1. Be current on tuberculosis testing, rubella testing, and all immunizations prior to performing services.
