YOUR MISSIONS

We are looking for a Shared Services Supervisor - Accounts Receivable for a large security group located in Boisbriand.

Reporting to the Controller, your duties will be to:

Supervise the billing and collection team (12 employees)
Complete the month-end cycle in accounts receivable
Transfer knowledge to make continuous improvements to processes and procedures as needed
Prioritize and execute important tasks
Ensure billing and collection deadlines are met
Work with the Controller to set annual objectives, improve efficiency and manage the entire department
Handle major customer accounts
Other related duties

YOUR PROFILE

Here's the profile we're looking for:

Good workload management skills
Experience in a similar dynamic environment
Over 7 years experience in accounting
Experience in team management
Excel skills in pivot tables and Vlookup
