To continually build our business in terms of market share, sales, volumes, distribution, revenues through proper cleaning, installation, and maintenance of all company draft lines and equipment at retail and in house. Manage inventory, rotate out-of-date product, handle customer needs, and resolve problems. Provides a high level of customer service by presenting a professional appearance and attitude at all times.

Position is a full-time, Monday through Friday, position with extended hours as service needs dictate. This position is required to work most holidays with the possibility of an occasional weekend.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Able to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment both individually as well as part of a team; The successful candidate must be clean and neat in appearance, and possess strong communication skills; Needs to be self-motivated, have a strong work ethic, and practice ethical conduct; Must be able to meet several deadlines in a timely matter, while maintaining a clean work environment; Commitment to safety program promoting and observing safety and security procedures and using equipment and materials properly; Promotes and observes safety and security procedures; Able to use equipment and materials properly; While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands, arms and fingers, bend, kneel, walk and drive a vehicle to service accounts; Able to regularly lift or carry up to 170 lbs.; Able to effectively maneuver a dolly; Able to operate an iPad; Must be at least 21 years of age; Able to maintain an acceptable driving record and valid Mississippi driver’s license; High school diploma or equivalent.
