Summary
As a Host at Feast Beasto, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. With your strong background in host/hostess experience, food service, and restaurant operations, you will ensure a seamless dining experience for all patrons. Your excellent communication skills will be key in interacting with guests and coordinating with the rest of the restaurant team. Additionally, your experience in guest services and hospitality will contribute to creating a welcoming and efficient environment. Job Expectations:

• Greet guests promptly as they enter the restaurant, and wish them a good evening upon departure.
• Set up tables for reservations prior to arrivals.
• Support during service. Roam the floor and refill water for guests, run food, clear dirty plates for servers, etc.
• Answer the phone as quickly as possible.
• Periodically check the bathrooms throughout service and maintain tidiness.

Training Objectives:

• Table numbers and seat numbers
• Table setup prior to guest arrival
• Tock Reservation System UI Basics
• Setting up the floor
• Making a reservation
• Walk-ins and necessary information
• Checking reservation notes before service
• Watching cover flow
• Communicating reservation information with servers (special occasions)
• How to evenly distribute covers between servers
• Booking large parties
• Baseline menu knowledge and to-go orders

Qualifications

- Previous host/hostess experience
- Strong background in food service and customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working in a restaurant setting
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Ability to handle serving duties
- Hospitality mindset and guest relations skills
- Proficient in phone etiquette

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
