Feast & Fettle is seeking a well-trained PRODUCTION BAKER to join kitchen operations for the overnight baking team at our production kitchen facility located in East Providence. The Pastry team works a consistent Thursday-Monday overnight schedule (9pm-5am). Pastry and Baking Experience required. IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED YOU MUST HAVE MINIMAL 2 YEARS OF BAKING OR PASTRY EXPERIENCE. Cooking or line chef is not considered the experience we are looking for.

What does a Production Cook at F&F do?
Each day of the weekly production cycle, your Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef will work with your team to facilitate preparation of our menu items at the highest possible quality standard for home delivery to our members.
As a Production Baker, your responsibilities include but not limited to preparing and baking a variety of pastries, desserts and baked goods. This role involves measuring and mixing ingredients, shaping dough, operating baking equipment and ensuring the quality and presentation of the final products. Attention to detail, creativity, and knowledge of different pastry techniques are key for success in this role.
