FEAM Aero is Hiring a Sourcing specialist Near Miami, FL
- Bachelor’s Degree with 4 years of Talent Acquisition (Recruiting) experience is preferred; may also consider military experience in lieu of degree.
- Experience developing and implementing talent strategies and methodologies to hire critical talent.
- Must have a high-level of experience with pro-active sourcing to build and manage diverse talent pipelines for various skill sets across the organization.
- Experience recruiting in a high-volume environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
- Must have a high aptitude for utilizing technology to successfully perform role.
- Experience using an applicant tracking system
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Aviation / aircraft maintenance recruiting experience highly preferred.
- Advanced level candidate pre-closing and closing skills with proven ability to determine viable prospects.
