FDR Alliance USA is Hiring a Collections Specialist Near Mesa, AZ

Come join us at FDR Alliance as we open our new call center.

We are here to help consumers resolve their outstanding account balance and have a positive impact on their credit worthiness. We provide financial literacy resources and using technology to empower consumers to overcome debt and create a brighter solution. We are hiring both experienced and entry level Collectors to help us develop and grow a dynamic team.

Our work environment includes a modern office setting.

Job Type: Full time permanent, onsite, no remote work.

Job location: 160 S. Stapley Drive, Suite 251, Mesa Arizona 85204

Required Hours:

Monday: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Tuesday: 8:00 am - 6:30 pm

Wednesday: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Thursday: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Friday: 8:00 am - 3:00 pm

Plus, ONE mandatory Saturday shift per month: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm

Job Description:

  • Contact customers with balances and negotiate payment terms and schedules
  • Effectively maintaining work files for outbound, and incoming calls
  • Collect on delinquent accounts in a timely, orderly and professional manner
  • Communicate effectively with Internal and External customers
  • Follow all standardized collection procedures.
  • Adherence to Fair Debt Collection Practice Act, Collection, Repossession and Bankruptcy laws/regulations.
  • Uses various collection systems to update customers accounts and to correspondence
  • Follow the Collections and skip tracing guidelines
  • Meet or exceed Performance goals and deadlines
  • Performs other duties and assigned

Required Experience:

  • 3-5 years high volume corporate third-party debt collections experience
  • Knowledge of billing and collections procedures
  • Accounts Receivable knowledge/experience
  • Strong negotiation and customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organized, efficient and able to multi-task
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Goal-oriented
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Experience using CUBS or DRS systems an asset
  • Bilingualism is an asset
