Treatment Coordinator

Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients to the dental office
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Collect and update patient information, including medical history and insurance details
- Assist patients with completing necessary forms and paperwork
- Educate patients on treatment options, procedures, and financial obligations
- Coordinate treatment plans with dentists and other dental professionals
- Discuss payment options and help patients understand insurance coverage
- Follow up with patients to ensure they understand their treatment plans and answer any questions or concerns
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and treatment plans

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a dental office is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes
- Proficient in using dental software systems for scheduling and record keeping
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

Pay: $65,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
