Job Summary:

As a corporate recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying, hiring and onboarding. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and manage the entire hiring process from sourcing to onboarding. Your ability to build strong relationships with candidates, along with your expertise in evaluating candidates' qualifications, will be essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

1. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
2. Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
3. Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
4. Conduct phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the role and company culture.
5. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.
6. Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process, providing updates and feedback as needed.
7. Extend job offers, run background checks and process new hire paperwork. 
8. Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking.
10. Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and employment.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, High school diploma with 2 years human resource or recruiting experience
2. Bilingual REQUIRED ( English and Spanish)
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
4. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Compensation and benefits:

• Salary starting $45,000.00 (based on experience)
• Paid time off (after 90 days accrual)
