FCP Euro is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pickup Center Associate to join our team. Pickup Center Associates are the face of FCP Euro’s Brand. They live and breathe the FCP Euro framework when providing the industry’s best customer experience from our customer-centric Experience Center. The Pickup Center Associate assists customers with sales, returns, diagnosis, and basic peace of mind to help FCP Euro customers maintain their vehicle(s) efficiently. The Pickup Center Associate is also responsible for packing and preparing customer orders for pickup.FCP Euro is an online automotive parts retailer headquartered in Milford, Connecticut. • Provides exceptional customer service
• Assists with finding parts, placing orders, diagnosing problems and aswering questions around customer accounts, returns, Lifetime Replacement Guarantee and other policies
• Prepares orders for pickup by packing, confirming accuracy, and scanning into lockers
• Supports logistics team by picking orders from the distribution center when needed
• Drives cargo van to transport items between facilities
• Maintains appearance of Pickup Center by keeping clean and orderly workspace and assisting with upkeep
• Audits orders and lockers
• Provides tours to customers, vendors, and other partners to share our operation, DIY video filming, project cars and more

• Previous retail and/or parts counter experience
• Prior experience working as part of a close-knit, dynamic team 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment, including simultaneously managing email, interdepartmental chat, and face-to-face communication
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback, identify and address areas of opportunity, and offer solutions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience performing in an environment where KPIs are tracked
• Proficiency in typing, data entry, and basic math skills
• Automotive education or automotive enthusiast preferred
• Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Must have a valid drivers license
