We are looking for a full time Patient Coordinator. You are the first person that people see and hear. You are the face of our clinic and therefore a large part of their first impression. Our New Patient Coordinator is organized, can multitask, and has a personality that translates through the phone. He or she is able to easily connect with people and explain our treatments to them. They possess impeccable verbal and written communication skills which are essential as you will be communicating often with patients and other medical facilities.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome patients as they enter the clinic 

Create a great first impression of our team

Manage front office duties, including answering phones, checking office mail and email, communicating with patients and insurance companies

Utilize Dentrix for patient scheduling and records

Schedule and confirm appointments for multiple providers in the clinic

Review treatment plan fees and payment options with patients
