FCC Finance, LLC - Nationwide Home Improvement Finance Company is Hiring a Loan Processor Near Addison, TX

Fast growing established North Dallas finance company seeks experienced Loan Processor to join our team. Applicant must be based in the DFW area as this is not a remote position.

Job Requirements:

  • Review new credit application submissions.
  • Complete follow up communications for application pipeline
  • Gather and review all necessary documentation for credit application submission
  • Review requested documentation received and follow up in the event of discrepancies or omitted data.
  • Ensures loan packages are complete, accurate and reflect proper approval.
  • Verifies information on the credit application pertaining to employment, residence and credit history.
  • Performs phone clears with customers after completion of their project.
  • Use documentation to perform functions, such as calculating verified income or verifying assets, and update CRM
  • Assist credit processing team, underwriters and funding departments, as needed.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and other related parties
  • Knowledge of regulatory lending laws and requirements.
  • Maintain a focus on enhancing customer service skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure KPIs are met set forth by the department manager
  • Maintain quality and data integrity of all credit applications and loans
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Able to comply with the policies and procedures outlined in the Company Handbook
