Position Summary:
This role will ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the shipping and receiving team. This position is for a forklift driver with at minimum 1 year of experience.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the safe operation of the forklift
- Operates and manages industrial equipment to load and unload cardboard bales
- Weighs and processes bales, and organizes material within the warehouse
- Responsible for completion of paperwork, to include BOL
- Performs other shop duties, to include maintaining a clean workspace, washing containers, and special projects as assigned.
- Adheres to strict safe work practices to comply with all Company, DOT and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
Education:
- High School Diploma
Experience and Competencies:
- 1 year of forklift experience
- A valid Forklift Certification.
- Ability to work flexible hours
