JOB SUMMARY:

Data entry to the loan core system.

Location: 717 Vandalia St., Collinsville, IL

Job Type: Full-Time

PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES & DUTIES:

1. Enter loan data on the core system and review for accuracy.
2. Set up automatic deduct payments.
3. Add ticklers to the core system for follow up.
4. Set up escrow accounts.
5. Follow the process and procedures relating to the different types of loans.
6. Perform departmental duties as required to maintain adequate workflow.
7. Perform other tasks, functions or other projects as assigned.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

1. High School Diploma or equivalent
2. Communication: oral, written and listening
3. Be able to work in a team environment throughout the organization.
4. Display capacity to manage time and meet deadlines.
5. Be methodical and detail focused.
6. Have the ability to work effectively under pressure.
7. Have an aptitude and ability to learn.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:

Working knowledge of:

• loan documents
• Microsoft Office
• computer systems
• office machines
