Member Services Representative

What You will Do: As a Member Services Representative in Membership Administration, you will assist with processing daily workflow tasks for new business policies, non-renewals, and reinstatements. You will review and update policy systems, client/member accounts and cash handling systems to reflect correct membership information. Customer service and communication skills are required as you will be responding to email inquiries and answering phone calls to process requests from agents, client/members, and internal departments. Maintaining professional and productive relationships with our agency force, customers, and internal departments is imperative.

What It Takes to Join Our Team:

• High school diploma or equivalent plus three years relevant experience required. Associates Degree preferred.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and attention to details skills required.
• Exceptional customer service skills, including verbal and written communication skills.
• Must know or be able to attain knowledge regarding company and state membership guidelines.
• Hours are 8:00am-4:30pm Monday through Friday, with a 45-minute lunch each day.
• Ability to work out of our office located in West Des Moines, IA.
