Frequency/Hours

• Longmont (Lumen) - Every other week, day flexible, 6 hours
• Longmont (Lumen) Garage - Once a week, day flexible, 2 hours
• Gunbarrel - Once a month - 2 hours, day flexible
• Boulder Solar - Once a week, 2 hours, day flexible
• Ft. Lupton Lumen - Once a month, 3 hours, day flexible
• Ft. Lupton Garage - Every other week, 1 hour, day flexible

Duties, Functions and Responsibilities

Responsible for cleaning an assigned area that includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, spot cleaning, emptying wastebaskets, mopping floors, picking up trash in parking lot, and other duties as assigned.
• Complete cleaning tasks using appropriate methods, equipment and chemicals.
• Attendance and punctuality are essential functions of the position.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• FBG conducts E-Verify on all new employees.
• Background check and drug screen (except MJ) required
• Must own a vehicle and have a valid driver's license
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds: Must be able to climb a ladder to change light bulbs
