Basic Function:
To offer administrative and sales support for the Agent/employer in the production of multi-line insurance
products.

Principal Accountabilities:
􀁸 Sales of new lines of business where Sales Associate carries an active license
􀁸 Cross-Sell including client reviews
􀁸 Prepare sales proposals
􀁸 Set up seminars
􀁸 Pre-approach mailings
􀁸 Other production duties as assigned
Secondary Accountabilities:
􀁸 Maintain prospect data base
􀁸 Handle policy changes
􀁸 Computer updates and review client records
􀁸 Record Keeping
􀁸 Handle phone calls
Qualifications:
􀁸 Minimum hiring age 18
􀁸 High School diploma or equivalent
􀁸 State Insurance License - P/C or life mandatory, health and FINRA optional
􀁸 Excellent oral and written communication skills
􀁸 Sales ability
􀁸 Keyboard skills of 45 WPM
􀁸 Computer knowledge
􀁸 Excellent organizational skills
􀁸 Motivated, self-starter
􀁸 Reasonable and predictable attendance
􀁸 All Non-Affiliated Appointments cancelled
