Production Associate

In this role, you will be a valuable part of our production team, ensuring our production quotas are met in a timely manner while observing the highest standards of safety and quality. You will need to be reliable, punctual and able to perform physical tasks that are repetitive, and lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

· Work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy.

· Ensure that production requirements and standards are met.

· Operate and maintain machinery correctly, report any machinery issues to management.

· Work cooperatively with the production team to meet quotas and goals.

· Observe all safety guidelines and report any safety concerns to management.

· Follow written and verbal instructions.

· Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude.

· Ability to solve problems as they arise.

· Perform repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods of time.

· Physically capable of manual tasks that includes lifting, bending, and reaching.

· Willingness to learn and cross-train for backup coverage as needed.

· Ability to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
Qualifications
· 1 year of experience in industrial production is preferred. Willing to train!

· Capable of reading and understanding production documents and safety manuals.

· Basic math. Reading and writing skills

· Good communication skills

· Willingness to comply with all safety guidelines.

· Learn and operate industrial machinery as requested.

· Good hand-eye coordination.

· Demonstrate the ability to use power tools safely and effectively.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday

7:00AM-3:30PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
