The successful applicant will fulfill the responsibilities and duties expected of a receptionist at the Central Administration Building. The position is located at the main entrance to the building where most visitors enter after arriving on campus.

Under the direction of the Chief of Operations, the receptionist will perform a variety of secretarial and administrative assistant duties to assist with administrative and clerical detail; coordinate flow of communications, correspondence and information in support of operations and activities; and provide assistance to visitors as well as working with records and reports from certain departments.

The qualifications for this position include:

• Graduation from High School or GED
• Demonstrated organizational skills
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to perform multiple tasks at one time in a timely manner

Prior receptionist experience preferred but not required.
