**Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Medical/Surgical team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and possess a diverse skill set to provide comprehensive medical support. **Responsibilities:** - Provide direct patient care in a medical/surgical setting - Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed - Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care - Assist in discharge planning and patient education **Skills:** The ideal candidate should possess the following skills: - Experience in discharge planning - Proficiency in ventilator management - Familiarity with Epic electronic health records system - Knowledge of trauma medicine protocols - Understanding of medical terminology - Background in critical care nursing - Ability to assist in cardiac catheterization procedures - Knowledge of hospice palliative medicine practices - Experience in infant and neonatal care, including ventilator support

Pay: $2,100.00 - $2,300.00 per week
