Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Labor and Delivery Nurse to join our team. As a Labor and Delivery Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing care and support to expectant mothers during one of the most important moments of their lives.

Duties:

- Monitor the health of the mother and baby throughout labor
- Assist with pain management techniques and comfort measures
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians
- Assist with medical procedures such as inductions or cesarean sections
- Educate new mothers on newborn care and breastfeeding techniques
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a safe delivery process

Requirements:

- Valid RN license and BLS certification
- Previous experience in labor and delivery preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Ability to provide compassionate care to patients in high-stress situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $2,250.00 - $2,500.00 per week
