TITLE: Installer/Service Technician

REPORT TO: Service Field Supervisor

SUMMARY: Our Installation Technician will possess a passion for exceeding customers’ expectations. Will enjoy being on a team that goes above and beyond, so we can be the best company in the garage door business. The Installation Technicians is responsible for quality installation, repair, and service of garage doors, openers, and associated components. Must posses a high level of customer service, driven, Honest and self-motivated individual.

Duties:

· Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches

· Perform all on site installation

· Produce timely and detailed installation reports

· Document processes

· Operate vehicle in safely manner and use field automation systems

· Follow all company’s filled procedures and protocols

· Cooperate with management team and share information across the organization

· Build positive relationships with customers

· Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor

· Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standard, including meeting qualitive and /or qualitative productivity standards.

· Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.

· Must be able to lift and carry up to 100lbs

· Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone

Job Skills required by this Position:

· Proven field service experience

· Mechanically and technically inclined

· Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules

· Familiarity with mobile tools and applications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:
