Favorite Healthcare Staffing is looking for an experienced Rehabilitation Physical Therapist (REHB PT) for an assignment in Fort Dodge, IA! This assignment is for 13 weeks and ideal candidates must have at least two years of recent experience as a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist.

Rehabilitation Physical Therapist (REHB PT) Position Details:
 • Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
 • Location: Fort Dodge, IA
 • Shift: 8 Hour shifts
 • OP experience required, however, IP experience is encouraged due to working 1 day/week in Acute Care

Pay Details:
 • Starting at: $1,940 per week

Rehabilitation Physical Therapist (REHB PT) Requirements:
 • Must have 2 years of recent REHB Physical Therapist experience in the last 18 months
 • Active Physical Therapist License or Certification required, Compact Allowed
 • Current AHA BLS Certification required
 • EPIC experience
