Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our company's daily operations and ensure our business is well-coordinated and productive, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

- Oversee and manage logistics utilized to transport products to customers and internal facilities, communicating with drivers and air partners to ensure efficient delivery of customers' orders.

- Managing and decrease expenses by creating efficiencies, and evaluating the vendors.

- Monitor measurements against budget, and/or targets of key performance metrics.

- Review cost of operations and enhance company's profitability.
- Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency by supervising, organizing, directing, warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals.

- Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, operations, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, and customer service

- Schedule and oversee team to meet the demands of the fulfillment center, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime.

- Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, gate processes, and shipping.

- Review and prepare workflow, manning and space requirements, and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are met.

- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
- Lead and motivate a team to meet performance goals and deliver high-quality services or products to our customers.
- Collaborate with Sales, HR, Accounting and other departments to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and drive business growth.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize operational performance.
- Ensure operational activities align with organizational goals and objectives.

Skills:

- Proven experience in warehouse, inventory management, and logistics, sales support, strategic planning.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Proficiency in process improvement, supervising staff, and project management.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Skill Requirements:

• Bachelors' degree and 5 years of experience in Warehouse and Logistics Operations
• Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedures and policy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment is necessary.
• Good verbal/written communication skills, basic math skills, and ability to read documents in English, such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
