As a Pricing Analyst Intern, you will contribute to the strategy for how we price restaurants and stores in the Favor app. You will be partnering with teams across the organization, including Sales, Merchandising, Marketing, and Business Analytics, to learn more about what we can offer and how that stacks up against the competitive landscape. We believe in providing our interns with exposure to various aspects of the business to help develop a well-rounded skill set. Your responsibilities may include key projects, research, data analysis, and assisting with the day-to-day operations of the team.

What You'll Do:

• Put together a competitive analysis to gain a better understanding of how other delivery service providers have priced the same and similar restaurants and stores
• Collaborate with the Sales and Merchandising teams to better understand the business landscape and what we offer today
• Using data, offer recommendations for how we can offer more strategic pricing for restaurants in the app
• Assist with day-to-day operations of the team 

• This role can help springboard your career in quality operations and allow you to grow in many different directions. You do not need to have formal training, but we will ask you to speak about how your background has prepared you for the work you’ll be doing as a member of the Operations team. Translatable backgrounds that might be successful include data analytics, merchandising, sales, or a similar mix of training and experience that you think will make you successful on our team.

• You are self-motivated, resourceful, and able to execute assigned tasks efficiently and effectively
• You are curious, thorough, and are eager to dive into the details, ask questions, and solve problems
• You have strong communication skills (written and verbal) 
• You can build rapport and work collaboratively with others on a team
