Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Screen Printer to join our team. As a Screen Printer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality prints on various materials using screen printing techniques. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and a strong understanding of design principles. Digitizing, Heat Seal, and Dye Sublimation experience are a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Receive and examine work orders to determine estimated printing times, ink, and material quantities
- Load and unload materials onto the printing press; calibrating printer before printing
- Operate screen printing machinery to produce prints on various surfaces
- Ensure accurate registration and alignment of screens for each print; select sizing, degreasing agents, and emulsion coatings
- Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed; troubleshooting problems as they arise
- Maintain and clean printing equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure artwork meets printing requirements
- Follow production schedules and meet deadlines for each job

Skills:
- Proficient in CAD software for creating and modifying designs
- Knowledge of 2D animation principles and techniques
- Understanding of color theory and its application in print design
- Ability to sketch and create visual concepts for print projects
- Basic knowledge of CSS for web-based designs
- Experience with 3D animation is a plus
- Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail
- Knowledge of print advertising techniques and best practices
