Minimum Qualifications

• JD from an accredited university and active Nevada or/and Utah Bar License
• Proficiency in legal research, electronic discovery and database tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent writing skills
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to quickly learn software systems.
• Ability to perform well in a collegial environment
• Excellent management and people skills

The job responsibilities of an associate attorney at the Faux Law Group include:

• Implement, execute, and complete all aspects of litigation
• Be proficient in legal research, electronic discovery, and database tools
• Other duties as assigned
