SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Provides financial support to include company level bookkeeping.
• Reviews and processes outgoing invoices.
• Reconciles accounts.
• Sets up project time keeping records.
• Acts as a back-up to Finance/Payroll Manager during absences.
• Researches, gathers, and prepares information for various financial reports.
• Performs project level financial tracking support for client reporting.
• Performs broad range of administrative duties with minimal to general level of supervision and interacts daily with supervisor, peer groups, and clients.

MINIMUM SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

SKILLS

• Bookkeeping (QuickBooks)
• Payroll processing
• Timekeeping set-up/management (Experience with Fuzion is preferred but not required)
• AR/AP
• Financial reporting
• Word processing (MS Word)
• Spreadsheet development (MS Excel)
• Support financial presentations (MS PowerPoint)
• Prepare executive briefs
• Perform periodic data collection
• Must be able to complete assignments under tight deadlines.
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an institution regionally accredited by one of the following:
  1. Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE)
  2. Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities (NWCCU)
  3. Higher Learning Commission (HLC)
  4. New England Commission of Higher Education (NECHE)
  5. Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission of Colleges (SACSCOC),
  6. Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) Senior College University Commission (WSCUC)
• Fathom 4 will verify your transcript and diploma with your college as part of the application process. This is a firm requirement.

EXPERIENCE

• Five (5) years of relevant accounting/finance experience in a fast-paced environment with a preference for at least 2 years in the DoD industry.
• Experience with Defense Contract Accounting Agency (DCAA) and Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) requirements and regulations is preferred.

CLEARANCE

• Ability to obtain a security clearance, if required.
• A background check including degree verification and a post offer drug screen will also be required.

LOCATION

SCHEDULE

• Hybrid position (In-office and Remote).
• Full-time (40 hours per week) – Monday – Friday.
