Volvo Cars West Springfield is growing and making way for our new state-of-the-art facility!! We are looking for you to join our team to and lead the team as the Assistant Service Manager!! Candidates for this opportunity must have at LEAST three years of experience being a Service Advisor/ ASM, a proven track record of high sales performance, outstanding CSI, and the ability to handle high volume of clients. In addition, this person must have strong interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate for the Assistant Service Manager will have an outgoing personality and positive attitude, along with an expertise of building strong relationships with clients and fellow team members.

Responsibilities:

• Dispatching repair orders to technical team.
• Advise clients regarding their automobile needs, including maintenance, diagnostic, and mechanical repairs.
• Determine the customer's service needs and payment options.
• Provide the client with world-class service and maintain a high customer service index (CSI).
• Be self motivated and take initiative.
• Strong attention to details and works well in a process driven environment.
