Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and creating a positive and memorable experience. If you have a passion for the food and hospitality industry, possess excellent bartending skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Take orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly
Requirements:
- Previous experience in bartending or related roles in the food service industry
- Strong knowledge of various alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and mixology techniques
- Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be at least 21 years old (or legal drinking age in your jurisdiction)
- Must have a valid certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS)
